“I would primarily use for video conferencing on a laptop in a quiet office. I'm sure that I would hear quite fine, but am concerned about the microphone. Could the other parties hear me clearly? Would I be muffled or cut in and out?”

I use mine with Microsoft Teams on virtual meetings all the time and I can confirm I am heard well and clearly.
