• I have a somewhat larger head (hat size is 7 3/8 to 7 1/2) and they fit just fine. Just BE SURE you don’t buy the “mini” version as they have a smaller loop around the back of the head.

• Yes these headphones definitely fit any size. The are able to stretch really wide, as well as the hear holders, they stretch as well to reach any size of ears. But may get uncomfortable after much use.
