• Used device comes with a little card with a barcode for registering it with the company. Their customer service may be able to help you with this situation. I would suggest that you return them to the store or place that you purchased them from originally because most companies have a return policy. And all you have to do is inform them that the device does not sit comfortably as it is designed.
