The previous answer did not address the question you asked. They spoke about noise cancellation on the headphones, not the microphones. These have dual noise cancelling microphones. I purchased these mostly so that I can take phone calls while still being able to hear my surroundings. On my first use I called someone and had them verify how I sounded. They said that my voice was clear, but lower than when speaking directly into my phone (to be expected since the phone mic is closer to your mouth). They also confirmed that they could barely hear anything going on around me, mostly just after I would finish talking for a second or two.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes the mic does have noise canceling. It’s great. My husband works on a farm and is on tractors all day. When he calls me I can hear him he can hear me and very slight to no noise in the background. Good quality sound better than my AirPods.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No. There is no noise canceling in this or any bone conducting headset to my knowledge. This type of headphone is design to do just the opposite. Allow you to hear, to some degree, ambient sound. Like the sound of leaves crunching from that coyote stalking you on the trail. That's the good. The bad, you can't entirely drown out the kids playing loudly upstairs or running up and down the hallway. This headphone does not fit in the ear canal nor does it cover the entire ear. Some people suggest using ear plugs to help with noise isolation. However, if that's what you need you may want to try a headphone designed for that.
