“Is the microphone removable to use the headset for working out or is this not the type of headset to use working out?”

• I use mine to work out and work. You cannot remove the mic.

• The boom is not able to be detached. It can be rotated up and out of the way but gets caught up in people's hair if they have long hair. And must remember to rotate back down to talk when using it for calls or they can't hear you.
