Thank you for your question, Gpaggie. The Scuba X1 Pro does not retain a persistent map of your pool between cleaning cycles. It uses FlexiPath™ Navigation to methodically cover floors, walls, and waterlines during each run, but it does not “remember” the layout once the cycle ends. So, you can absolutely use the robot in your raised spa section without affecting how it cleans the main pool. Each time you place it in either area, it will start a fresh cleaning cycle and navigate efficiently based on the environment it’s in—no need to worry about it losing any prior “learning.” If you have more questions about using the X1 Pro in multiple areas, feel free to reach out to us at [email protected].
