Thank you for your interest in the Scuba X1 Pro Max, Andres. The Scuba X1 Pro Max is designed to clean floors, walls, and waterlines. It can navigate over most steps, including those near the surface, as long as the step has enough depth (at least about 30 cm / 12 inches) for the robot to fully submerge and operate safely. For very shallow steps or narrow ledges, the unit may not be able to reach or clean them effectively. If your steps are within the operating depth range, the robot’s FlexiPath™ 2.0 navigation and OmniSense sensors will help it detect and move over them during cleaning cycles.
