As of today you can't. Amazon Prime is not available for android tv until Amazon and Google get their problems worked out. If you want Amazon Prime you may be able to stream it from a phone through the built in chromecast but I do not have a prime subscription so I can't try it for you. If you want Amazon Prime I think you are better off with a Fire stick or Roku, they don't have the local channels but I think you are asking for problems trying to get Prime Video to run on this bix.
