QuestionWhat is the seat height adjustment of the seat from the floor? Lowest to highest? The product page just says 16.7 inches. Another chair I am looking goes from 18 to 21.

- Answer Top of foam at the front of chair at it's lowest setting is about 19 inches, at the highest setting is about 22 inches.

QuestionHow do you get this chair to rock? I've owned it for a while now and it's obvious how to raise/lower the seat and recline but the rocking function doesn't seem to work...... It shows to pull the handle outward but it still does nothing.

- Answer Hello Rachel, There is a round knob under the seat. You should rotate it to adjust rocking tension. If the chair is not rocking when you pull the handle outward, you may want to loosen the rocking tension. Hope this helps!
