A:AnswerI would say yes it is wide and is a good chair if you have a bigger body. Im 5'5 320 lbs big hips and was concerned because it states its 15 inches wide, but its 23 and 1/2 at the widest point. I'll add a photo with some measurements that might be helpful in determining if this is something you want to get or not (give or take a 1/2 inch on some).
