• It is locked to T-Mobile. The phone needs to be unlocked first. Currently on eBay, the unlock fee is about 7-8 dollars.

• No. Virgin mobile uses non Sim card (CDMA) standart

• No this is a gsm phone meaning it would need a SIM card to work. Since virgin mobile uses Sprint towers(sprint being a CDMA company-meaning it does not have a SIM card) this is not compatible with their network.

• I don't think so, these prepaid phones are usually locked and only work with the company with whom it's under. You can take a T-Mobile SIM card and put it in this phone.
