You can use the monitor with any setup, you just might not be able to take advantage of the full 240hz refresh rate. Games like fortnite or overwatch are going to be the best games for this. I would personally say a AMD Ryzen 7 or i7 paired with a 1080 or 580 if amd would be efficient at reaching the 240hz depending on graphics settings for the AMD cards.

Id say to reach near 240 consistently on something like fortnite you would want at least a gtx 1060 if lower settings are okay for you and a gtx 1070 or 1070ti or even a 1080 if you want to run higher settings hope this helps!
