Can it play old windows xp games? null

Of course you can and probably on ultra high settings. I bought an R6 with a lesser nvidia GTX 1070 graphics card and am playing Fallout 4 on Ultra settings and it a fairly new game.

It's probably best to buy the older games from GOG, which buys the rights to old games and optimizes them to run on modern hardware and operating systems. It's a competitor to Steam and Origin.
