• No up keep for the liquid cooling. I understand your concern over it though. I have three liquid cooled machines that still run perfect after many years of heavy use.

• From what I understand the unit does not come liquid cooled, you have to order it at the same time you order the tower. As to maintenance there are several how-to videos on YouTube.
