They're all loud and run hot, that's the #1 complaint about this otherwise great system. Dell will tell you to update the BIOS, but that hasn't fixed anything for me. May be a civil lawsuit coming if a lot of systems fail due to overheating.

There are many forums on how to upgrade the fans or even get an all-in-one watercooler installed with minimal effort.
