Unfortunately, this model monitor does not have a headphone jack for speakers. A couple of options could be; Connect the PS5 DualSense controller using the 3.5mm jack, Use an HDMI audio extractor, or Connect the PS5 using a bluetooth adapter and USB port.

At my PS5 End I use a splitter that can be changed manually from HDMI 1-where I use PS headphones for sound or change it to HDMI 2 where the sound is directed externally to my SPDIF connector on my HDMI HDR that connects to my Logitech Z906 Surround Sound system. Both of these adapters can be purchased at Amazon.
