No it can be redeemed with serial number and customer service but registering will make t go way faster. Just set up an account at Dell and search for how to register your monitor.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Alienware is a subsidiary company of Dell's. I have one also, the 34" and you should ask Dell who handles that. Either Dell or Alienware (which was a separate company acquired by Dell in 2006. And is now a subsidiary company of Dell's. Good Idea. I never did mine either. (I think Best Buy may be pushing their own coverage on the monitor so they are not programmed to know that. (Alienware is responsible for that) I got mine 50% off from Dell and mine had no warranty card either.) You should go to Dell or Alienware (Alienware better if they do that) It literally say this on Dell's website for the 34" monitor: Service & Support Limited warranty - 3 years - response time: next business day. I have no idea what limited means. But Dell's specs also say this, which is good news for us: 3-Year Advanced Exchange Service and Premium Panel Exchange (Including coverage for OLED burn in)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You can (dell website), but even if you don't you'll have an invoice/receipt from BestBuy proving purchase date. Covered either way
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Just google "Register Alienware Monitor" it will be on Dell's website. If you do not want to or can not have Dell auto-detect your monitor, then do an Ownership Transfer, even though it is new you will need to transfer it from you to you, weird but that is what they tell you to do.
