Well, I would believe that it could be that the previously installed ram is of a lower frequency and is not able to reach the same frequency as the new one, I suggest that you try to get a second Kingston Fury RAM because being in Dual Chanel it should not happen to you but try to compare the frequency of the new ram with the previous one using the Byos

The configs are 2x8 GB (4800 Hz), 2x8 GB (5600 hz), 2x16 GB (5600 hz), 2x32 GB (5200 hz), 2x16 GB (5600 hz). Bear in mind that even though faster speeds are mentioned, this laptop will only run at DDR5-4800 due to CPU/Chipset limitations.
