• A:Answer I had a similar issue with the previous gen M16. I uninstalled the touchpad drivers, rebooted, and let it auto-reinstall them. It worked from that point on.

• A:Answer It has two m.2 slots. I replaced my 1 TB and replaced it with a 2 TB. I put a 4 TB in my other slot and added 64Gs of Memory. Now its a beast!

• A:Answer Mine was rated Excellent - Open Box. When it arrived in a plain brown shipping box without the original Dell Alienware box, I almost returned it. Re-read the fine print.. which says "Includes all original parts, packaging and accessories (or suitable replacement)." Definitely seems 'suitable replacement' for the packaging should be 'very good' rather than 'excellent' rating.
