• Mine was rated Excellent - Open Box. When it arrived in a plain brown shipping box without the original Dell Alienware box, I almost returned it. Re-read the fine print.. which says "Includes all original parts, packaging and accessories (or suitable replacement)." Definitely seems 'suitable replacement' for the packaging should be 'very good' rather than 'excellent' rating.
