Can I upgrade the 16gb memory to 32gb? null

You have to specify how much ram you want when you purchase the laptop as the RAM is soldered on to the motherboard. If you buy a 16gb machine, you're stuck with it forever. So if you want 32gb you have to buy a laptop with 32gb of RAM soldered into the motherboard.
