“I see most answers have a "Dell" symbol. Was hoping an Alienware tech would respond. My last Dell laptop (Inspiron 15 5000 series) was so loaded with bloatware that it was a boat anchor out of the box. Does Dell load Alienware with useless crap too?”

They don’t put as much bloat on the Alienware devices as they do normal Dell computers. The only thing I remember other than the Alienware Command Center(which you need) was some product info app and then Dell Support.
