Yes. The Alienware Pro Wireless Over‑the‑Ear Gaming Headset does support mic feedback (sidetone / mic monitoring), allowing you to hear your own voice in the headphones. Mic sidetone level can be adjusted via Alienware Command Center. You can turn it on/off or fine‑tune its volume.
