What keyboard layout does this have ? null

Not sure I exactly understood the question. It does not have a num pad, It has a recessed shift key below enter to make space for arrow keys. there is an extra line on the right that has sound-related shortcut.

The system comes with RGB per-key backlit Qwerty keyboard.
