Is the motherboard inverted?? null

Well the processor is on the back side along with all the cooling pipes. The memory is accessible along with the M.2 slots under the bottom cover opposite of the processor side.

Yes, the Heatsink is on top, You would have to remove the Motherboard to repast the Heatsinks.

No, this system does not come with an inverted motherboard.

Yes and no, the RAM and SSD are on the bottom, easily accessible, and the CPU & GPU are mounted on top/ facing the keyboard. There is a healthy amount of venting above the CPU & GPU as well as vapor chambers to assist with cooling, but to get to them you would have to remove the motherboard. You can see the backplates for the CPU & GPU just below the white cover over the cooling.
