I just received this item 2 weeks ago and windows 11 is immediately available to upgrade when you set it up initially if you wanted to for free.

I bought this laptop open box a few weeks ago and it came with Windows 10. There was no option to select Windows 11 during set up. I received a notification over the weekend of 11/13/21 telling me that WIndows 11 was ready to install on my machine. I'm guessing newly manufactured X17s are shipping with Windows 11 but depending on the timing of your purchase and inventory, you may get Windows 10.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It could be that 11 wasn't available when laptop was built. Also once you startup and complete the setup system will ask if you want to update to 11, making it a consumer choice on whether they want it or not.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It does come with windows 11. When you turn it on for the first time, it will ask you if you want windows 10 or Windows 11. You can install either one. You can even install Windows 10 and then switch to Windows 11 through the windows update settings later on if you want to.
