When will this be available again ? null

buy it direct from dell. Talk to an agent and they will give you almost the same price and with a premium warranty

ive called talked to live agents and have been told the 26th, 28th, and 30th they will be online and in stores getting 30 different answers and everytime i ask on here they tell me to reach out to them when they dont even have answers them selves im getting very annoyed and about to purchase something else instead of alienware.

Don’t ask Best Buy. It says online get it in 9 days but, went to order it and was told by Sales Manager that they could order it but, I would get an email at some point cancelling my order. They don’t have any to sell. Was told they had over 100 units of the x15 R1 available at their warehouse. Best Buy is clueless and constantly has items listed online that they can’t even get listed as available.

My order was cancelled after 6 weeks with no explanation. I spoke with dell thru chat and they price matched this build. Only issue is that I would need to wait another month to get it. It would be nice to know what happened with this item.

Not sure if it will be available, I had it on order from June 5th and they canceled the order without explanation a couple of days ago.
