Why can't Bestbuy include the advertised Win11? null

This system comes with Windows 11 Home operating system.

It is included, look under "settings", "windows update" and you should see the option to upgrade to windows 11. There are still bugs being reported in windows 11, where gaming is concerned. I stayed with windows 10 for now until bugs are fixed in windows 11. You can always install windows 11 at a later date when it is running smoother.

These laptops were sitting in a warehouse months before win 11 came out.
