This laptop is only one step down, from the best and most expensive gaming laptops that are out for 2021.
I haven't found a game yet that it won't run.
I run everything from COD Warzone, to Microsoft Flight Simulator in VR, and have never yet had any problems.
Just make sure to setup the laptop to only run on the RTX 3070. 
Use the Mux switch in Bios, and make sure Nvidia control panel is set to use the RTX 3070 as the only graphics card.

It can play most AAA games high or max settings with ease as it has 8gb of video memory and FHD screen. May not do the same for all games with external monitor if that monitor is QHD and above. But it would be niche Bestbuy included the advertised WIn11 with every model as it might play the games even better with Directstorage.
