1st of all the devices restricted from diagnosing heart attacks! You cannot expect the device to do this . it is capable. But there are restrictions on the drive probably for legal reasons. If you think you're having a heart attack go to your nearest emergency room or call 911 immediately!

It won't diagnose heart attacks due to the FDA guidelines. It is capable, but if you think you're having one call 911. It will diagnose all kinds of cardiac arrhythmias.

Call the Alive Core 800 number I did yesterday. You can get a cardiologist to read it online for 25 dollars.

If you had permanent damage to the heart any ekg will show it; but it won’t think you are having a heart attack. You do a baseline ekg when you get the device. Show to your doctor. If that’s “your normal “ the device will pick up changes from there. Also depends if you pay extra for interpretation on the device.
