1st of all the devices restricted from diagnosing heart attacks! You cannot expect the device to do this . it is capable. But there are restrictions on the drive probably for legal reasons. If you think you're having a heart attack go to your nearest emergency room or call 911 immediately!

You do a baseline ekg when you get the device. Show to your doctor. If that’s “your normal “ the device will pick up changes from there. Also depends if you pay extra for interpretation on the device.
