“Can this detect atrial ventricular node reentry tachycardia.? As I often have this for up to 1 hrs, and when I try to get to the hospital it stops. Very frustrating.”

Yes and you can send the results right to the doctor it shows normal, affib, unclassified and tech that I am aware of
