• I have the same problem, keyboard leds don't work either when you connected to the Ps4

• I had the same problem to but I found a way to kinda fix it. plug the alpha keyboard into your console. Then plug in another keyboard. (Make sure they are both plugged in at the same time) Then on the keyboard you just plugged in hit the “Numpad” key and the alpha keyboard should be able to work.
