The actual answer is NO it will not fit. At least not without custom dash cutting and fitting. This unit requires a double DIN opening even though it appears to be a single DIN chassis. The 2010 Honda Pilot requires a single DIN unit. With a single DIN unit you can get a Metra kit that will fill the excess space with a storage cubby. I ended up being the Alpine ILX-259 which is a single DIN chassis with a "floating" screen out in front of the unit.
