Yes, however the proper installation gear will be needed as well as minor alterations. You'll need a wiring harness adapter like the "Metra 70-1771" as well as a dash kit like the "Metra 95-5817" and I can't remember if you'll need the antenna adapter or not on those Fords... I don't think so though if I remember correctly. As far as the "minor alterations", you may have to trim a little of the mounting area in the dash for it to fit. (this will probably apply to all double-din replacements for your vehicle) There are a few websites that I can't list here as it's against the terms and conditions for posting on a retailers website. However if you look around online you should find a good install guide along with much more information specific to your vehicle.
