“My speaker stopped working. Can not get it to turn on. No charge light comes on when charging. Any help?”

Mine did the same thing ... I tried customer service but got bounced around until finally they said because I didnt have the receipt (it was a Christmas gift the year before) that based on the model it was not warranted ... ever think it might have been on the shelf too long? Not me! finally put it out to the trash and telling everyone ... DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT!! Terrible Customer Service!!!
