• Hi there - The auxiliary cord is not the charging cable. You would need to plug in the included Micro USB cable for the device to be charging!

• It does not come with the auxiliary cord. It is charging while it’s plugged in with the auxiliary cord. The speaker does last for about five or six hours once it’s charged with the electrical cord. Great little speaker.definitely recommend it.
