I watch Netflix, hbo max, Disney + .. and I have no problem watching other apps .. maybe is not connected properly!! and I use the best connection quality (HMDI INPUT WITH ARC OUT) .. AND FIRST I TURN ON THE SPEAKERS AND THEN TV FOR CONNECTION
