You can, but you first need to download the photos in Google to your computer. Google Photos are in the Cloud, even though they may look like they are on your computer. So they have to be downloaded to the computer and then you can transfer them to the frame using USB cable connection, or you can copy them to an SD card or USB thumb drive. Use 32GB or smaller cards.
