“I bought this product for my Apple Mac desktop. When I use it on zoom and FaceTime the image is very dark like if there is no light in the room. how do I fix that ?”

• Hi. I have noticed that this camera is supposed to auto correct in low light but all my videos are also very dark. Thus, I am returning mine because I don’t want to use full studio lighting just to run a zoom. My Mac Cam works 1000 times better.

• Can you check to make sure there is no sun light directly into the webcam as sometimes that will affect the brightness sensor on the webcam.
