The time keeps changing to military time how do I stop this. null

A quick double click of the menu button located towards the top of the right side will fix your problem...temporarily. 

I say that because if this problem persists you must be doing that without realizing it. Not your fault though. This clock’s interface is HORRIBLE All adjustments are done with only three buttons so it’s easy to change a particular setting unintentionally. 

I bought the clock because I liked what I saw but it’s a programming nightmare if you lose the instructions. I don’t think it’s possible to change the alarm settings without them or a photographic memory. 

This clock is best left alone. Enjoy!

Press and hold for 2 seconds the hour button. Will flash 24h, press hour button one more time. Will say 12h
