The ABCD54F can connect to 2 Bluetooth devices. It has optical and analog audio connectors. Yes, you can connect your Sony TV with the Bose Headphones. When it comes to broadcasting to the rest of the room, that often depends on the TV. Most older TVs do not let you send the audio out the AUX or OPT outputs and also the TV speakers, but many of the newer TVs do allow this feature. Check your TV manual to make sure you can send audio to the AUX or OPTical output and still send audio to the speakers or perhaps a sound bar.
