Easy setup! Reception is good, even going outside!

I purchased the Alturatek Transmitter and Receiver because I needed an option for my outdoor television to communicate with my amplifier inside my house and then transmit sound through my wired exterior speakers. My television is about 20 feet from my amplifier and the exterior wall is brick, so I was concerned that the signal would not adequately get through to the receiver. The signal transmitted to my receiver with no issues. On the receiving end, I bought the Aluratek ABCD54F because it had external antennas for better potential reception. The other concern that I had was the potential delay between the television and the audio since the signal had to go from my Roku, through the transmitter to the receiver, through the amplifier and then back out to the speakers. I had a couple of advisers from other companies tell me there would be a significant delay. I have owned this product for more than a month and a half and I have never encountered any delay between the audio and video. I suppose if I did, I could modify the delay on my television. I also liked the connection options that the unit came with. I could connect to either RCA jacks, or in the case of my television, an optical cable. When I decided on this setup, I wasn't sure how successful pairing two Bluetooth devices would be, and whether or not I would be able to pair other devices with my receiver once I had both of these devices connected. Pairing the two Aluratek devices was simple. When I want to listen to music over my exterior speakers through my phone, I simply leave the television transmitter turned off and then I can pair with the Bluetooth receiver inside. When I want to listen to my television, I unpair my phone and turn on the transmitter at my television and I am good to go. As for powering the unit, I have it powered through my USB port on my television. If I didn't have that option, the fact that it has a rechargeable battery makes it a flexible option if your television didn't have a USB port. I have had this device since early June, I use it almost everyday and I have never been disappointed.

Bought this so i could watch my TV with my BOSE headphones. I typically sleep with a loud fan on and always had to blare my TV to try and hear anything. I was tired of waking my child up. Bought this plugged it up to my Vizio Tv and connected my headphones, and I LOVE it. Now i can keep my fan on and watch TV and not have to blare anything. Before i bought this people did say there could be a lag in syncing with the show (meaning reading the lips of the actors and what you hear are not lined up). I really haven't ran into this issue but one or two times and that was due slow internet connection. But it works perfect for what i needed it for.

I love this little thing. It's compact, easy to get going and works great. I love it so much, I recommended it to my mother, who also bought on and loves it.

We have hard wired pool and patio speakers, adding this allows us to stream and change the music from our phone/iPad without running inside. Note: The range is limited, but it transmits though the wall to the patio no problem, more than 20 or 30 feet and it doesn't work so well.

IT WORKS! Easy to use. Just remember to change tv setting from default Dolby digital to PCI unless audio device is compatible. Also adjust timing to compensate for wireless delay. This will make any device Bluetooth.

First time Bluetooth set up easy for using 2 headsets from TV. For some reason after turning off TV, next time Bluetooth connection has to be set up again. Once it gets working it works fine. Not sure why it seems random every time I turn off TV and turn it on again. But device works well otherwise.

We've got two of these units paired with each other in order to deliver wireless audio from a laptop to a pair of (non-wireless) speakers in a board room. Works great!

I use this to run sound through my bluetooth headset. The sound comes through loud and clear.

This does a job good for both a receiver and transmitter

Tv didn’t have Bluetooth capabilities and with this was able to get my headphones set up smoothly

We have an “older” tv so it doesn’t have an extra of the connection type needed. But after using an adapter, my husband was able to connect it to the TV. Does the job and does it well.

works ok but was very spotty and you need to be very close to the transmitter so i don't use it any more.
