“I am wanting to get in-ear monitors for my rock band. Basically, I need to come out of the monitor eq (which would normally plug into an amplifier) and instead plug into the bluetooth device. Will this device work? I already have bluetooth ear buds.”

Well if you go from a tv that had a amplifier and equalizer plugged to make sound good plus extension cord, switching to using this device with Sony 900 wireless or higher has an app that has amplifier and equalizer built in to wireless Sony app so depending on headphones you choose you can bypass amplifier and equalizer
