sure as long as you have a way to get the audio to the 3.5 mm jack then it will work. ideal would be a 3.5 female out.

Yes. The ABT05F simply connects to an OUTPUT on the Bose. The Bose must then send audio out the OUTPUT being used and then the ABT05F is paired to your headphones. If you need tips for setup or pairing just contact [email protected].

If your Bose Wave has a mini-plug output and your non-Bose headphones will pair with the Aluratek you should be good.  I use the ATF with both Bose and other manufacturer's headphones and ear buds.
