“I followed the procedure to pair my 2nd gen Airpods with the Bluetooth transmitter, but I can't get them to work. Sometimes, audio comes through for a few seconds then stops, sometimes none at all. Can I troubleshoot? Should I return them?”

I noticed that whatever the auxiliary chord is connected to if the volume is low- background noise and music cuts in and out between dialogue. But if the volume is on a fairly higher setting closer to 80-100 I didn't have any problems with it cutting in and out. Then i was able to adjust the volume accordingly from my bluetooth device.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I use this device paired with my Bose Quiet Comfort earbuds through our Roku remote. Sometimes it doesn't connect first try or will only pair with one earbud. Its a fairly convenient little gadget. I wouldn't return it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try resetting the Bluetooth transmitter. Turn it off, then hold down the BT button for about 10 seconds. Then fully charge and turn on again.
