• Yes.. mine stays on charge all the time... it has to be turned back on if the power blinks off though..

• Mine disconnects if I plug in to charge when it is on, and when it is charging, it will not connect when I turn on. I am speaking of TX mode. I have never used mine in RX mode. So, when I'm listening with headphones, It cannot charge while on. If some can explain how to charge while using in TX mode, please do.
