• You probably need to see if your car stereo has a pre-amp output (in the back maybe). If so you would need to plug to that. However after that you'd need a smart device to select the bluetooth signal to receive.

• This device is a transmitter and receiver, as long as you have either an audio in or out port you can transmit or receive a bluetooth signal.
