“Will this transmitter work being plugged into a guitar amp so I practice my guitar with no wire hanging from my headphones? I’ve already made my guitar wireless to my amp with a transmitter. Biggest issue so far was the lag due to not low enough latency”

This will work, however, most musicians do notice a lag.
