“I have a Panasonic tv,hooked up but I have no sound,I've connected all devices to it,but still no sound. Will this receiver help with sound? Tv ask to set up audio receiver I don't have one.HELP”

did you set the audio in the menu on your tv? alot of tvs have a audio output device only option and can be switched to tvs speakers. but yes if your tv has a headphone port on it it will connect to a bluetooth device
