Is this device compatible with Apple Air Pods? null

If I were you I wouldn't bother with this junk. When you find out about the product's unreliability you will see that BestBuy return policy won't help, because it has already expired.

It could possibly be compatible, but having my own BT AUDIO RECEIVER/TRANSMITTER COMBO for just a few months and finding it won't transmit anymore, I would not advice taking the risk. Specially since BestBuy return merchandise policy would likely expire before finding this expensive junk don't work.

This unit has a universal design and is compatible with most Bluetooth enabled device.
